HybridAs a Director HR, Operations LATAM, you will be a strategic partner to the LATAM Operations leadership team, driving the HR agenda across 10 manufacturing sites in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring operational excellence, managing complex labor environments, and fostering a high-performance culture in a dynamic and diverse region.Your role will be:
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across 10 manufacturing sites in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru.Partner with LATAM Operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.Guide plant managers and HR teams on talent management, employee engagement, and labor relations.Drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support operational excellence.Ensure consistent implementation of global HR policies, processes, and compliance standards.Lead succession planning and development programs to build strong leadership pipelines.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.Your profile needs these qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in a business or HR discipline, MSc or MBA preferred.Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience partnering with senior leaders.Experience as an HR leader in Manufacturing is important. Support of integrated supply chain (supply chain through manufacturing) highly desirable.Experience with unionized labor environments is critical.Fluent Speaker in English and SpanishYou'll need these skills to be successful.You are a collaborative and people-focused HR leader who thrives in diverse, multicultural environments.You build trust easily, communicate with clarity, and are skilled at guiding teams through complexity and change.You approach challenges with curiosity, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
