Job Overview: Lead a high-performing sales development team, driving revenue growth and business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Strategically lead, mentor, and coach SDRs to meet and exceed business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tracking key performance metrics and team progress. Maintain operational excellence, upholding best practices and delivering consistent results. Provide actionable insights and performance reports to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Self-source leads and work them as a seller in parallel, with potential commission-based earnings when deals close. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with at least 1 year of management-level expertise. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance. Proficiency in sales tools such as Apollo (lead sourcing) and HubSpot, with English fluency at C2 level. Ability to work fully remote from Brazil, with flexibility and adaptability.
