Business Development Lead The ideal candidate will drive business growth initiatives across the LATAM market, leading sales and pre-sales activities and collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs. Lead end-to-end business development efforts from prospecting to closing large-scale deals; Responsible for scoping a deal with a customer and defining the strategic business plan; Key Skills: Experience as a public speaker and high presentation skills; Ability to interact with all stakeholders in the customer (from technical expert to C-Level management); Consultative sales approach, understanding the customer's point of view and proposing a feasible and strategically aligned solution.
