Operations & Vendor Management Analyst (AI Startup – Remote LATAM) Base pay range: USD $1,000–$1,400/month (contractor) Our client is a fast‑growing AI‑powered software startup supporting consulting, finance, and enterprise clients. They build intelligent automation tools that help teams save time and work smarter. We’re scaling fast and need a highly organized Operations & Support Analyst to keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role requires someone detail‑oriented, reliable, structured, and strong in vendor coordination. Experience with vendor assessment, operational tasks, and support workflows is essential. About the Role Manage client support tickets Coordinate internal operations Conduct vendor assessment and vendor communications Maintain documentation Support logistics, scheduling, and cross‑team workflows You’ll work with a lean global team (US + LATAM + India), so clear communication and strong follow‑through are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming support tickets and provide timely responses; Escalate issues and track recurring ones Execute recurring operational tasks; Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows Maintain Notion/Google Docs for internal processes; Ensure cross‑team alignment Conduct vendor assessment and comparison; Support vendor onboarding and documentation; Communicate with vendors; Maintain a vendor database and tracking system Qualifications 1–3 years in operations, support, logistics coordination, or vendor management Experience in vendor assessment (non‑negotiable) Experience with ticketing systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus Strong English (written & spoken) Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or willingness to learn Skills & Personal Attributes Highly organized, structured, reliable Excellent communication across multiple teams Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through Curious and comfortable in fast‑paced environments Proactive problem‑solveri> Comfortable working independently; supervision when needed What We Offer USD $1,000–$1,400/month (contractor) Monday–Friday LATAM schedule Local holidays + paid time off 100% remote A growing AI startup with strong career growth paths #J-18808-Ljbffr
