Overview Employer Industry: Medical Technology Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $111,530 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off Supportive and collaborative work environment that values diversity and individuality Role offers significant travel opportunities to enhance professional experience What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide implementation services and Train-the-Trainer education for Siemens Healthineers instrumentation and Data Management applications Maintain high customer satisfaction and identify potential "at risk" customers for proactive communication Resolve customer issues efficiently and participate in escalations as needed Assist in training other Technical Applications Specialists and support other territories through travel Organize and participate in field-based customer education events and product demonstrations What is Required (Qualifications) Ability to travel within and outside the region more than 90% of the time, including Monday-Friday overnight travel Valid driver's license with a good driving record BA/BS in Medical Technology or related field; thorough technical knowledge of medical technology Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience; prior field experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer problems and support sales efforts How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in a field role related to medical technology or laboratory services Strong presentation and selling skills aligned with corporate Vision, Values, and Beliefs #MedicalTechnology #HealthcareCareers #CustomerSupport #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
