Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is focused on time as a critical factor in the laboratory: speeding life-saving therapies to patients, automating tedious workflows, and improving results. We are partners in time and accelerate answers to critical questions through automation, with many of our 3,300+ global colleagues coming from the laboratory. This role is part of the Operations Department in Brazil and will be on site. It reports to the Latam Sales Operation Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Interact with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
  • Provide quotes, process sales orders, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical and logistics teams.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
  • Strong understanding of Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office).
  • Language skills: fluent in Portuguese and Spanish; intermediate English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related areas.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
