Job Title: Junior Network Field Consultant

">Job Overview:
  In this role, you will build and grow client relationships while driving revenue through API account management and ensuring client satisfaction. You will analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities, support seamless onboarding, and serve as the main contact for assigned accounts. Developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets is a key part of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow client relationships.
  • Optimize API accounts, L2B conversion, and revenue.
  • Analyze sales data, API performance, and usage patterns.
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Support client onboarding and training on booking platforms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement account plans to reach targets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, Travel, or related field.
  • Experience in API account management, sales, or business development (B2B travel).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency with APIs, PBI, CRM, and self-booking platforms.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
