Strategic Growth Specialist

About the Role:

You will be responsible for monitoring account performance, leading business review meetings, and managing pricing strategies to deliver value and strengthen partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure account health.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and present performance insights.
  • Develop pricing strategies that align with company goals and optimize profitability.
  • Coordinate training sessions to enhance customer capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities and risks in collaborative projects.
  • Present solutions focused on sustainability, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and account profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or related areas, with a focus on results-driven execution.
  • Solid background in consultative sales and business development, especially with large and strategic accounts.
  • Proven success in growing strategic accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to build long-term partnerships.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to navigate customer organizations effectively.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Skilled in leading structured projects with clear metrics and timelines.
  • Advanced data and technology management capabilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
