Key Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Development Specialist to help our leadership foster and expand relationships with key partners and clients.

This role is critical in driving revenue growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring that their needs are met while aligning with company objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reinforce long-term partnerships with strategic key accounts in Brazil.
  • Support sales strategies for key accounts, ensuring efficient alignment between client needs and company resources.
  • Promote senior-level relationships and enhance customer loyalty through regular visits to key clients.
  • Analyze client business needs, provide customized solutions, and drive contract signing and order fulfillment.
  • Gather client feedback and competitor intelligence to provide recommendations for product optimization or market strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and sales pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian Key Account channel; 2-3+ years of KA management experience preferred.
  • Proven success cases in the Brazilian market are highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional negotiation, client relationship management (CRM), and business development skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Mandarin Chinese/Spanish is a strong advantage).
  • Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil, especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus.
