Customer Care Manager

Sidel is looking for a Customer Care Manager to manage customer requests for emergencies, troubleshooting, and technical assistance during the warranty and life cycle of the equipment while securing HSS&E (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental). This role leads complete solution delivery from customer call until complete issue resolution with the help of experts from Product Support. It is a key role between the customer and the After Sales Manager for technical problem solving and advice.
Your Mission- Collect and filter customer calls, identify needs, and manage any technical requests in compliance with HSS&E standards to ensure general support requests from customers are answered.
- Issue Service Requests for intervention and ensure follow-up with the Planning team.
- Open and drive Non-conformity through SINCRO until the problem is solved and confirmed by the customer.
- Follow and support Field Service Engineers during interventions at customer sites.
- Ensure Sales Orders and Service Orders are created and aligned as required.
- Collect and send technical reports to customers.
- Organize standalone or complete line regular maintenance and emergency interventions.
- Manage warranty interventions following the Issue Resolution process.
- Ensure team members are following procedures during issue resolution interventions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or Business school degree is a plus.
- Fluent level of English is a plus.
- 5 years of working experience in after sales or production plant.
- High technical knowledge of Sidel products and complete line equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to establish a very good customer relationship.
- Excellent responsiveness, dynamism, tenacity, autonomy, and motivational skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
