Import Analyst This very interesting position is located in São Paulo/Barra Funda and reports to the Assistant Controller. The position is a hybrid position, that means that the job can be partially performed at home and partially at our offices. The definition of hybrid for this position is in line with the approved practices and will be reviewed later. Specially during immersion, the job has a stronger presence component. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support importation and exportation routines, helping in the administration of the entire process and customs processes;
Assist the accounting area and other departments;
Support in the internal rule's implementation related to importation/ exportation processes, technology, and compliance;
Analysis of DIs (import declarations) and shipment documents;
Maintain direct contact with suppliers and brokers to solve importation/ exportation duties;
Perform routines in the logistics area and operations assistance: inventory analysis, control, management, and storage;
Assistance in the Forecast Meetings;
Support/ take ownership of all importation and exportation routines in SAP, being responsible for identify/suggest improvements OUR EXPECTATIONS
Strong experience in the field;
Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or Comex;
Portuguese and Advanced English;
