Camp Legal is a trusted provider of innovative legal solutions, empowering law firms to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service. Our Immigration Case Management System is designed to simplify the complexities of immigration law by offering powerful tools for case tracking, document management, and client communication.
We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (English and Spanish) Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling product demos through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.
This is a fully remote position. Spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role as you will be working with U.S.-based team members as well as English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50–75 outbound calls daily to prospective clients across various industries.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and execute multi-touch outreach sequences including emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Schedule a minimum of one product demo per day by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with team members to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a technology or legal services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This remote, full-time role focuses on engaging with potential clients worldwide following their initial consultations with our attorneys. You will play a crucial role in guiding these professionals, often investors and clients with advanced degrees, through the process of securing our expert US immigration services.
Our workforce uses their own devices, ensuring flexibility in how our team operates remotely. A stable internet connection with a speed of over 25 Mbps is required.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Engagement: Conduct professional and persuasive interactions with potential clients via phone, Zoom, and WhatsApp, building trust and rapport.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service that reflects Colombo & Hurd's commitment to client satisfaction and establishes us as a trusted authority.
- Product Knowledge: Collaborate with our Attorneys and Administrative Staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of our US immigration services and effectively communicate their value.
- Sales Acumen: Apply proven sales techniques to close deals and guide clients through the closing process, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Mastery: Demonstrate flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Performance Accountability: Achieve agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets within specified timeframes.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: 100% fluency in English is absolutely essential.
- Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, ideally with experience interacting with high-level professionals.
- High ticket sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom and WhatsApp.
- Sales Acumen: Strong closing skills and the ability to drive sales results.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
