Role Summary Bilingual Account Executive As a full-cycle Business Development Representative (BDR)/Account Executive, you will prospect for new business opportunities, conduct in-depth discovery sessions, deliver concise product demos, and close straightforward deals with existing customers. You will also be responsible for generating 60–80% of pipeline leads via email, phone calls, and short video pitches; re-engaging warm leads quickly; creating segmented lead lists and targeted marketing campaigns; documenting all interactions in a clean and organized manner; sharing weekly insights and recommendations; and identifying cross-selling opportunities within existing customer base. The ideal candidate has excellent written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with U.S.-based prospects; a minimum of two years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically in the U.S. small- to medium-sized business market; and proven abilities in list building, personalized outreach, writing engaging copy, disciplined follow-up, and leveraging tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Loom, Calendly, and Google Workspace.
