Multinacional do segmento de e-commerce de moda e lifestyle, com presença global e operação em rápida expansão no Brasil
Descrição- Responsável pelo planejamento geral dos canais na América do Sul e pelo desenvolvimento de diferentes produtos logísticos (desembaraço aduaneiro, movimentação local de entrada e saída), garantindo a otimização do tempo e custo do programa de ponta a ponta;
- Responsável por todo o processo de sourcing, introdução, negociação e contratação de provedores de serviços logísticos, além de formular padrões e mecanismos de avaliação para a gestão de provedores de serviço;
- Comunicação e alinhamento com departamentos nacionais e internacionais relacionados aos negócios para promover o desenvolvimento dos canais, entrega de programas relacionados e implementação de projetos;
- Conforme a direção estratégica da matriz e as metas de tempo e custo da América do Sul, promover a expansão ou otimização da rede logística pelos provedores para alcançar objetivos de eficiência e redução de custos;
- Responsável pela gestão de riscos na contratação de fornecedores, como termos contratuais comerciais, riscos operacionais dos provedores logísticos e gestão de integridade.
- Graduação completa ou superior, com mais de cinco anos de experiência em negócios de logística internacional; conhecimento da indústria logística da América do Sul é preferencial;
- Habilidade em técnicas e métodos comerciais, familiaridade com logística para e-commerce cross-border;
- Preferencial possuir uma rede ampla e de alta qualidade de provedores logísticos na América do Sul, com capacidade de integrar recursos rapidamente;
- Ter habilidade aguçada de percepção do setor, análise de negócios, negociação comercial, análise de dados e comunicação/coordenação;
- Experiência em gestão de provedores logísticos e forte capacidade de gerenciamento na introdução de serviços de gestão de provedores;
- Fluência bilíngue: Inglês.
