Job Description

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and executing trade marketing strategies for the distributor and small format channels. You will work closely with the sales director, managers, and distributors to execute actions for customers and regions.

  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor channel performance indicators and execute recovery/development action plans.
  • Lead the execution of brand campaigns and promotions.

You will also be responsible for managing the channels' trade budget, leading the implementation of racks and merchandising materials, and executing solutions for the sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Complete higher education in marketing, administration, economics, engineering, or related areas.
  • Languages: Desirable English and/or Spanish.
  • Desirable Previous Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Sales.
  • Desirable knowledge in the dynamic of each sales channel.
  • Analytical capability.
  • Excel and PowerPoint: Advanced.
  • Nielsen Advisor, Nielsen Retail Index: Advanced.
