Buscamos a un/a Sales Specialist que quiera aprender y transformar su carrera.

Responsabilidades:
  • Identificar nuevas soluciones dentro de las marcas existentes que permitan a Sonda innovar en su oferta.
  • Mantener vigente el offering de Sonda aprovechando el desarrollo en innovación que realizan las marcas.
  • Generar iniciativas sobre base instalada a través del trabajo conjunto con la marca, identificando soluciones que generen valor en proyectos actuales de otras unidades.
  • Generar oportunidades para nuevos proyectos: identificar soluciones en las marcas que tengan alto impacto en los clientes para apalancar proyectos de servicios (nuevos o actuales).
  • Trabajar en conjunto con el Ejecutivo de ventas en la identificación de oportunidades y compartirlas una vez realizada la calificación, participando en las propuestas comerciales según se requiera.
  • Realizar reuniones con clientes e involucrar al comercial y preventa técnico correspondiente para incrementar la probabilidad de éxito en una oportunidad.
  • Apoyar las actividades de seguimiento y cierre de negocios identificados para la marca designada (HPE).
  • Buscar la mayor categoría de partnership posible con la marca bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Presentar propuestas al cliente.
  • Gestionar eventos (Marketing).
Requisitos:
  • Bachiller en Ing. industrial, Sistemas, telecomunicaciones, Comercial, Administración, Computación e Informática o afines.
  • Experiencia de 6 - 8 años en cargos afines.
  • Conocimientos de la marca de negocio HPE.
  • Conocimiento en preventa y venta consultiva.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, liderazgo, capacidad de negociación y orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos.
