Participar de projetos que lidam com problemas comerciais complexos e que combinam estratégia, análise e operações em nível global.Preparar documentação para implementar e escalar novos processos e/ou novos sistemas/ferramentas em parceria com outras equipes.Colaboração diária com a equipe global de Vendas e Operações para identificar tarefas manuais e repetitivas que podem ser automatizadas.Este cargo auxilia a equipe do Global Ops Excellence Hub (com base em São Paulo) e interage com as Operações de Vendas globalmente e outras equipes multifuncionais nos EUA, APAC e EMEA.Trabalhar de forma interfuncional para estabelecer padrões de relatório.Auxiliar no desenvolvimento e entrega de apresentações para executivos sênior e informar decisões diariamente.QualificaçõesQualificações Básicas:
Fluência avançada em inglês é essencial.Gerar Relatório (Auditorias)Análise de dadosHabilidades avançadas em Excel.SQL para consultas e automação de processos.Preparação de documentos para processos que serão melhorados ou criados.Proficiência em inglês variando de intermediário a avançado, com ênfase em leitura e escrita.Experiência com grandes volumes de dados.Experiência em empresas de grande porte e/ou projetos.Conhecimentos técnicos essenciais
Experiência de trabalho em Operações Comerciais ou de Vendas (indústria financeira e de tecnologia) ou Consultoria
