Para continuar crescendo e nos tornarmos a melhor distribuidora de resinas no Brasil, estamos buscando uma pessoa para atuar como CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATION | ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE.
Quais as atribuições do cargo:
- Realizar atividades de suporte ao setor;
- Análise e preparação de relatórios;
- Atendimento ao cliente;
- Geração de resultados para a empresa através de oportunidades de melhoria.
Quais suas atividades:
- Prestar apoio no desenvolvimento de novas aplicações com clientes;
- Realizar a atualização cadastral de clientes;
- Conferir a ordem de compra do cliente com a proposta e com as regras internas;
- Inserir e controlar os pedidos no sistema;
- Realizar a emissão de notas fiscais;
- Acompanhar faturamento e prestar apoio no pós-vendas;
- Realizar follow-up de entregas com transportadoras;
- Prestar suporte nas operações logísticas de transporte;
- Avaliar manuais de clientes.
