Estamos em busca de **Sales Enablement Pl** para fazer parte do time da CP.
Sua missão será nos ajudar a identificar possíveis gaps de melhoria e desenvolver nossa equipe Comercial, visando potencializar nossos resultados.
**Seu dia a dia será**:
- Diagnosticar e avaliar necessidades da equipe comercial, visando capacitá-los de acordo com os objetivos da empresa;
- Realizar onboarding de novos colaboradores e acompanhá-los durante o período de ongoing;
- Treinar e desenvolver a equipe de vendas no dia a dia, realizando reuniões semanais focando em aumento da produtividade;
- Analisar dados de vendas para sugestão de tendências/insights e impactar diretamente nas métricas de desempenho de vendas;
- Elaborar e conduzir projetos de segmentação de leads (parcerias com outras empresas, instituições ou escritórios).
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência prévia com treinamentos para equipe Comercial;
- Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento em técnicas/operações de vendas;
- Pacote Office;
- Conhecimento em Hubspot.
