About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant with a background in sales and social media management who thrives working remotely and independently. This full-time, remote position offers a dynamic role supporting executive-level administration, sales activities, and brand presence while collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable with video interviews and creating engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Organize and conduct video interviews with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Assist sales efforts by preparing presentations, updating CRM systems, and supporting lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and follow-ups as needed.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Marketing, Social media, Sales, or similar administrative role.
  • Background in sales with an understanding of sales processes.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or personal brand.
  • Comfortable speaking on camera and conducting video interviews.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM platforms.
