Hi there We are South and our client is looking for an Accounting and Property Management Assistant
Note To Applicants

Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Support the accounting team in preparing financial reports and analysis.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate tenant and property owner records, documenting all interactions and transactions.
- Serve as a main point of contact for property owners, tenants, and prospective tenants, ensuring professional and courteous assistance.
- Address and resolve tenant issues, including maintenance requests, rent payment inquiries, and lease agreement clarifications.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Experience on social medial marketing, such as website, Facebook, Google ads is a plus.
- Certificate or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in property management, customer support, or accounting roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in property management software, such as Appfolio, Buildium, Rent Manager or Rentec is a plus, accounting software, and MS, Google Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and property management processes.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
