**About the role**:
In a global context in which diseases transmitted by insects are increasingly frequent and will continue to be so due to global warming and climate change, this position allows you to act directly in containing these diseases through the development of new products and strategies in the pesticide category.
**Your responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities will be to lead the entire innovation portfolio for Repelex, in addition to all communication initiatives for the brand.
Additionally, all PIR (personal insect repellent) innovations, regardless of the brand to be launched (SBP or Repelex), will be under your responsibility.
**The experience we're looking for**:
- Lead the creation and approval of product concepts that are essential for the start of each innovation;
- Lead the creation and approval of innovation packaging, which will later be tested and qualified before launch, ensuring that they meet the standards required by the company for launch;
- Lead and ensure correct pricing and its impact on the P&Ls of innovation projects;
- Ensure strategic alignment with the multifunctional team for other validations necessary throughout the innovation process, such as HUT and CLTs;
- Ensure strategic alignment of communication and brand positioning between CGO and IMEX, when developing Sync Brief and other activities in campaign creation.
**The skills for success**:
- Degree: Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Economics, Design, Communication.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA (desirable) in: Marketing, Innovation, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, or similar.
- Consolidated experience in areas such as Marketing, I&A, innovation, strategy, new businesses or intrapreneurship projects.
- Fluent English.
- Strategic vision and systemic thinking.
- Ability to lead under uncertainty.
- Ability to lead under influence.
- Influence and negotiation with stakeholders.
- Autonomy, curiosity and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Clear communication.
