We are recruiting a **Contractor Care Analyst **to support the team across all Latin America. You will be responsible for managing employee relations, onboarding and operation care. Check it out
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of experience with Operations care/management
- Ideally you have experience with HR in Brazil and/or other Latin American countries
- Good Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- You have to be a people-person. Focused on building relationships
- Advanced English
- Basic Spanish
**Responsabilidades**
- You will work with employee relations topics in 8 countries.
- You will prepare onboarding processes, operational functions, compensation matters, etc.
- You will deal with C-level executives with great professionalism.
