Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill a key role in our educational institution.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to academic staff, manage course schedules, maintain records and databases, and act as the primary contact for students.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty members.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed, and facilitating communication between academic staff and students.
  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to enhance student learning and engagement, and liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proficiency in English (C1+), with strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in higher education.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching.
