We are looking for a Lead Generation Representative for our Mergers & Acquisitions team in Brazil. You are driven to perform, results-oriented and enjoy being on the phone.

The position requires excellent social skills, a warm phone manner, and an enthusiastic energetic self-starter. Being organized and not letting details slip through the cracks is a must. You are a collaborative individual, who can work easily with a team.

Job Description:

As an important member of our M&A team, you will drive our acquisition activities by sourcing acquisitions of vertical-market-software companies by:

  1. Creatively identifying vertical market software businesses meeting our strategic criteria
  2. Maintaining and building a proprietary database of industry contacts
  3. Developing and conducting prospecting campaigns through email and outbound calling
  4. Working in a team environment with Senior Business Development Associates to ensure the smooth transition to the later stages of the process as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Fluent in Portuguese and English
  2. Undergraduate Business or Marketing Degree preferred
  3. 1 year or less Software Sales experience preferred
  4. Previous experience with Salesforce CRM beneficial
  5. Basic financial literacy
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  7. Self-motivated, hands-on attitude with a sense of urgency towards driving sales and marketing lead volumes to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  8. Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
