Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and closing a qualified pipeline of high-value clients across the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in traditional finance (TradFi) sectors, including enterprises, banks, custodians, exchanges, lenders, and asset managers.
  • Cultivate relationships with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, DAOs, crypto funds, and crypto infra providers to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably with expertise in cybersecurity, blockchain, or infrastructure Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • A strong understanding of on-chain risk, smart contract dynamics, and the intersection between traditional finance and Web3.
  • A proven ability to generate new logos and manage deals from lead to close.
  • Success in selling to CTOs, CISOs, and heads of innovation, with a track record of earning their trust.
