Job Overview The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency by providing administrative support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include managing tasks, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating schedules, and streamlining follow-up processes. Key Responsibilities: CRM Management : Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information, call notes, and pipeline status. Inbound Application Grading : Evaluate prospect applications for potential leads. Schedule Coordination : Schedule and coordinate sales calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding activities. Communication Support : Send follow-up emails, texts, and reminders to prospects on behalf of the sales team. Collateral Management : Manage sales collateral, proposals, contracts, and presentation materials. Analytics and Reporting : Track KPIs, generate sales reports, and maintain dashboards for team visibility. Administrative Tasks : Handle calendar management, data entry, and file organization. Lead Nurturing : Support lead nurturing campaigns and re-engagement sequences. Interdepartmental Communication : Facilitate communication between sales team members and other departments.
