About the Role
As a Talent Specialist, you will be the single point of contact for full-cycle recruitment in Brazil within a strategic RPO model. You will partner with hiring managers at a major pharmaceutical company to recruit for mission-critical talent, from junior to director levels. This role is a vital bridge between hiring coordinators and senior recruiters, ensuring both candidate excellence and significant recruitment impact.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for highly specialized and complex roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ownership of hiring for niche roles, including Clinical Research Associates, Medical Science Liaisons, and specialized leadership.
- Proactive collaboration with global managers for international-reporting positions, requiring strong communication for intake meetings and alignments.
- Enhance the candidate experience, managing all aspects of engagement, from logistics to proactive communication.
- Serve as the primary recruiter across Brazil, ensuring sourcing and hiring strategies are culturally and commercially relevant.
- Act as a consultative partner for the client, providing a professional and impactful recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to recruit across a wide seniority range, from junior to director-level roles.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Background as a talent acquisition professional for a pharmaceutical company is highly preferred.
- Experience in RPO or multi-client hiring environments is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with proven adaptability to fast-paced hiring demands.
