VIP Account Manager Job Description The primary objective of this role is to foster robust client relationships, support engagement strategies, and enhance the overall VIP experience. Assist in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking initiatives. Support the management of VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Help execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty. Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement improved VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers. Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the gaming industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships. Familiarity with sports betting and online casino market concepts is a plus. Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior.
