Job Overview We are seeking an accomplished Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of international customers. Your primary focus will be on driving outcomes such as retention, expansion, adoption, and advocacy. You will own a customer book and deliver on targets related to GRR, NRR, adoption, and NPS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and execute onboarding/time-to-value and adoption plans using established templates, playbooks, and your expertise. Lead engagement business reviews, manage multi-threaded stakeholders, and oversee renewals/expansions with clear next steps. Monitor health signals and usage, identify potential risks early, and develop effective save plans. Translate business objectives into actionable requirements and coordinate with Support, Product, and Services teams. Capture key learnings, improve playbooks, and contribute valuable voice-of-customer insights to the company roadmap. Requirements Proven experience in customer success management. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data and customer feedback to drive business decisions. Familiarity with tools used for customer success management.
