Job Summary:

Arcserve is seeking an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented Territory Account Manager for our dynamic LATAM Region sales office. We're looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic sales environments. In this role, you'll help promote and sell our all-in-one Data Recovery and Backup software solutions. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and Portuguese are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for revenue in the assigned territory and accounts
  • Engage and interlock with channel partners, new prospects, and existing customers
  • Use Salesforce CRM to contact prospective customers and reach marketing prospects qualified by our sales development organization
  • Generate new prospects and opportunities via phone and email, discussing their needs and how our products and services can meet them
  • Engage with strategic Channel Partners in your territory to grow revenues and client engagement
  • Collaborate with partner account managers to expand channel presence and relationships within your geography
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, leveraging our 25-year history in data protection to grow revenues
  • Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospective client companies
  • Maintain lead, account, and forecast records in Salesforce
  • Develop a solid understanding of Arcserve products and stay up to date on industry trends, competitive developments, and internal portfolio advancements
  • Achieve revenue targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Travel within the LATAM region as needed (up to 30%).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience to meet the essential functions of the position
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the technology sector
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working alongside Channel Partners
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to work in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Proven track record of building strong professional relationships
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, with strong English proficiency.
