Este(a) profissional terá a responsabilidade de garantir que os processos operacionais que sustentam nossas parcerias funcionem de maneira eficiente e escalável.

Responsabilidades:

  • Suportar a integração técnica de novos parceiros, garantindo uma experiência suave e eficiente.
  • Apoiar os clientes com dúvidas pontuais.
  • Auxiliar na automação de processos operacionais para melhorar a eficiência.
  • Monitorar métricas operacionais básicas e apoiar na identificação de áreas de melhoria.
  • Manter ferramentas, sistemas de gestão de parcerias e banco de dados atualizados e funcionais.
  • Apoiar na criação e manutenção de relatórios operacionais e fluxos operacionais.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência inicial em operações ou suporte a parcerias, idealmente em startups early stage (seed, série A ou B).
  • Interesse em aprender sobre automação de processos e ferramentas de gerenciamento operacional.
  • Habilidade organizacional e capacidade de gerenciar tarefas múltiplas de forma eficaz.
  • Boa capacidade analítica e vontade de aprender a monitorar KPIs.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes departamentos.
