Application Support Specialist The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless system operation. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, handling a wide range of technical queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner; Provide expert guidance on Java, Python, PEGA, MongoDB, and SQL, among other technologies; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex problems and ensure smooth incident resolution; Required Skills: Diagnose and correct faults, answer technical questions, and ensure systems operate without interruptions; Document incidents, and assist in the deployment of new applications; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT, or a closely related field; Desirable Skills: Administration of Linux and Windows environments; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-disciplinary research environment; Why Join Us?
