Account Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our advertising clients across the APAC region, including direct advertisers and agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to driving business growth and success in the digital advertising landscape. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring successful campaign delivery, optimization, and KPI achievement. Develop and implement advertising strategies to drive client ROI and campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, tech) to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution. Provide clients with regular data analysis, performance reports, and actionable insights. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Stay informed about APAC advertising market trends and competitive landscape. We are looking for someone with excellent project management, client servicing, and communication skills. A solid understanding of advertising operations, SDKs, attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust, and fraud prevention is also required. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile marketing as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile marketing. Excellent project management, client servicing, and communication skills. Solid understanding of advertising operations, SDKs, attribution platforms, and fraud prevention. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
