Job Description We are seeking a high-performing professional to manage and expand relationships with our advertising clients across the APAC region, including direct advertisers and agencies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring successful campaign delivery, optimization, and KPI achievement. Develop and implement advertising strategies to drive client ROI and campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, tech) to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution. Provide clients with regular data analysis, performance reports, and actionable insights. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Stay informed about APAC advertising market trends and competitive landscape. Requirements 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile marketing as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Solid understanding of advertising operations, SDKs, attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust, and fraud prevention. Strong project management, client servicing, and communication skills. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts remotely across time zones.
