Descrição da função


O profissional será responsável por atuar diretamente no contato ativo com os clientes, focando no engajamento com solução, garantindo a correta utilização do nosso sistema.

Estará dedicado a identificar necessidades e oportunidades que possam ser solucionadas através de melhorias no sistema e/ou com o desenvolvimento de novos produtos.


Será responsável por uma carteira de clientes, aplicando ações estratégicas e construindo o plano de sucesso, realizando reuniões (EBRs) com clientes chaves, além de garantir que o cliente cumpra a jornada ideal e atinja os objetivos esperados ao contratar nosso serviço.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Acompanhar e atuar sob sua carteira de clientes
Identificar as dores dos clientes e propor soluções
Levantar os objetivos e resultados esperados e construir o plano de sucesso
Planejar e realizar reuniões periódicas (EBRs)
Construir estratégias voltadas a gerar resultados para o cliente
Apoiar, direcionar e cultivar um relacionamento estreito com os clientes
Acompanhar métricas da área (Churn, NPS, CSAT, LT)
Realizar tratativas de retenção para as solicitações de cancelamento
Atendimento de clientes em multicanais (telefone, whats, vídeo chamada).
