  • Agendamento de consultas e exames
  • Busca e envio de rede credenciada
  • Orientação aos clientes
  • Solicitação e acompanhamento de reembolso
  • Solicitação e acompanhamento de prévias
  • Cadastro e acompanhamento de movimentações (inclusão, exclusão e alteração cadastral)
  • Solicitação e acompanhamento de cancelamentos de contrato
  • Solicitação e acompanhamento de up e downgrade
  • Intermediação de solicitações do cliente junto à Operadora
  • Auxílio em autorizações de atendimento
  • Solicitação e envio de documentos (carta de quitação, permanência e etc)
  • Disparo de pesquisas aos clientes
  • Atendimento às solicitações da área de Vendas (orientação e envio de documentos)
  • Conferência de inadimplentes e sinalização de atrasos em fatura, por operadora
  • Captação e direcionamento de indicações à área de Vendas
  • Onboarding dos clientes implantados
  • Solicitação de segunda via de carteirinha
  • Solicitação de negociação de débitos e reativação de apólices
  • Contatos periódicos com a carteira de clientes
  • Recepção de clientes e convidados
Pré-requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo ou superior cursando
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente
  • Vivência na área de pósvenda ou comercial
  • Conhecimento intermediário do pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel
  • Conhecimento em CRM
  • Boa dicção e escrita
  • Proativo
  • Habilidades
  • Boa organização para lidar com alto volume de informações números e processos
  • Comunicação efetiva para lidar com os clientes externos e internos
  • Saber trabalhar com altas demandas
  • Senso de prioridade, pois irá trabalhar com urgências
