Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Leading project planning sessions, defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities;
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives, managing their availability & allocation;
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget;
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities;
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines;
  • Tracking project and Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget;
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks;
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution;
  • Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction;
  • Managing large and diverse (cultural and geographic) teams.

Requisitos e qualificações

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field;
  • Experience in project management and related;
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively;
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills (ownership, resilience, communication, negotiation and flexibility);
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
  • Fluent English.

Desirable:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or project management graduation;
  • Experience on hermetic compressor development projects.
