Quais serão as suas responsabilidades: Identificar as necessidades específicas de cada cliente e entender seus objetivos ao implementar o software, oferecendo soluções personalizadas e orientações adequadas; Planejar e executar a implantação da solução, incluindo a configuração da plataforma de acordo com as necessidades do cliente; Fornecer treinamento para garantir o engajamento de toda a equipe na ferramenta; Ajudar os gestores e equipes a otimizar seus processos melhorando a eficiência no dia a dia de trabalho; Manter um relacionamento próximo com os clientes, monitorando seu progresso de forma contínua, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo o engajamento na ferramenta; Manter um alto nível de conhecimento sobre os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela empresa; Cumprir metas da equipe e individuais, estabelecidas pela empresa. O que você precisa para concorrer a essa oportunidade: Formação em Administração de empresas ou áreas afins; Conhecimento em gestão de processos, gestão de projetos, gestão de equipes ou áreas relacionadas.
