- Support the accounts payable function in terms of approving the payment process, bank reconciliation and monthend activities.
- Ensure payment requests have proper approval, follow contract terms, and are allocated
- Ensure taxes are collected properly with advanced planning
- To arrange supplier invoice payment is aligned with weekly paydays
- To provide input to the bakery system inputs
- Daily support to AP, AR and Treasury functions, ensuring efficient and accurate finances
- Bank reconciliation and accounting reconciliation (general ledger)
- Maintain efficient and effective invoice processing, including accounts payable, bills
- Accounts receivable and intercompany
- Issuance of Invoice for movements of LLI Branch (Repetro regime obligation)
- To handle the endtoend process, making sure all documents are aligned with the companies
Requisitos e qualificações Training**:
- Graduated in accouting or business administration.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Knowledge:
- Excellent comunication skills, critical thinking, autonomy, collaboration and reamwork with handson approach.
- Solid knowledge of related Brazilian taxes and the Brazilian Banking System
- Experience in O&G Upstream will be an advantage.
