Fazer a gestão das campanhas após o time de vendas finalizar a negociação. Realizar a programação e acompanhamento com relatórios e/ou dashboards.

Entender a demanda do cliente, procurando constantemente novas maneiras de otimizar os KPIs do negócio, gerando insights e up-selling por meio do pós-venda.

Manter o relacionamento e investimento do cliente por meio do pós-venda.
