Channel Development Manager

Job Description:
- Deep understanding of the local market for B2B cross-border payment topics and network with a portfolio of potential local channels;
- Develop localized go-to-market plan and channel recruitment strategy, and lead local channels to achieve financial target and service goals;
- Coordinate with function teams, to improve channel efficiency through channel data analytics, structured/optimized SOP, and training;
- Risk control on the channel and ensure the partner's compliance requirement of customer data security, brand usage, etc.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5-10 years experience in B2B sales team management and /or vendor business development;
- Excellent cross-culture communication and collaboration skills;
- Results-oriented, enjoy challenges, and self-motivated;
- Business relationship with B2B traders, service provider companies and association is a plus;
- Good understanding of commercial topics such as P&L optimization;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, local language is a plus; open to overseas secondment.
