Channel Development Manager

Job Description:

  1. Deep understanding of the local market for B2B cross-border payment topics and network with a portfolio of potential local channels;
  2. Develop localized go-to-market plan and channel recruitment strategy, and lead local channels to achieve financial target and service goals;
  3. Coordinate with function teams, to improve channel efficiency through channel data analytics, structured/optimized SOP, and training;
  4. Risk control on the channel and ensure the partner's compliance requirement of customer data security, brand usage, etc.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5-10 years experience in B2B sales team management and /or vendor business development;
  2. Excellent cross-culture communication and collaboration skills;
  3. Results-oriented, enjoy challenges, and self-motivated;
  4. Business relationship with B2B traders, service provider companies and association is a plus;
  5. Good understanding of commercial topics such as P&L optimization;
  6. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, local language is a plus; open to overseas secondment.
