Responsabilidades e atribuições


  • Desenvolver a estratégia de trabalho com foco no atingimento de metas;
  • Realizar reuniões semanais de pipeline com os liderados e acompanhamento diário de produtividade e entrega nas reuniões de Scrum com o time;
  • Responsável pela gestão de resultados e indicadores de performance do time;
  • Garantir eficiência no uso do CRM, incluindo adaptações, usabilidade e melhorias;
  • Análise de Ramp Up da equipe;
  • Acompanhar o desenvolvimento do time por meio de monitoramentos, feedback e índices de desempenho;
  • Criação de ações para impulsionar o resultado;
  • Garantir que o time tenha todas as ferramentas necessárias para desenvolver o trabalho
  • Gerenciar o fluxo das tarefas;
  • Responsável pela atuação em leads frios com a habilidade de avançar com velocidade dentro do funil com essas oportunidades para fechamento;
  • Reportar para gestores o resultado diário do time e trazer oportunidades de melhorias para crescimento de produtividade.


Requisitos e qualificações


  • Sólida experiência com gestão de time comercial;
  • Entendimento de frameworks de vendas (Spin Selling, Vendas Previsíveis, entre outros);
  • Perfil extremamente hunter, capaz de atuar e avançar com velocidade com leads frios dentro do funil de vendas;
  • Forte habilidade de fechamento;
  • Perfil orientado a resultados;
  • Experiência em venda de software/ERP;
  • Ser apaixonado por vendas;
  • Antenado em novas tecnologias;
  • Habilidades de comunicação (principalmente verbal);
  • Paixão por desenvolver pessoas;
  • Lidar com alta complexidade de solução;
  • Intraempreendedorismo;
  • Proatividade.
