The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an account manager, the cloud business team prepares commercial proposals, is responsible for the relationship with customers, is responsible for monitoring the entire process until the signing of the contract and conclusion of the sale.

• Carry out visits to customers, seeking to understand the customer's business (internal and external);

• Register and forward internally requests/expectations and subtleties diagnosed in each phase of the sale, interacting with internal teams.

• Execute and participate in the preparation of presentations/proposals from the perspective of the business, the client, the Market and the Company, effectively contributing to the planned technical solution;

• Carry out portfolio management, with a weekly visit plan and analysis of the potential of customers under your responsibility;

• Identify what stage of need the customer is in;

• Prepare proposals and, when necessary, request support in preparing proposals/solutions to be presented to the client, specifying all necessary details about the client and their requests;

• Monitor the solution proposed to customers, with the aim of overcoming difficulties encountered (possible objections) that could make the proposal unfeasible;

• Negotiate conditions and prices for proposals made according to decision limits;

• Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and other instruments for recording this information;

• Carry out consultative work with clients, aiming to identify other business possibilities;

• Keep information related to customer opportunities updated in the systems used by the company;


Qualifications

Degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related areas;

Basic knowledge of English and Spanish;

Experience in sales (Hunter Profile), preferably in national and international companies, in generating business (sales) and technology products such as: infrastructure, network, datacenter, cybersecurity and cloud;

Knowledge of prospecting and negotiation techniques;

Experience with the technology and cloud market is mandatory.
