Buscamos um Gerente Sênior de Vendas experiente e visionário para liderar nossa equipe em um ambiente dinâmico e inovador de startup. Se você é um profissional antenado nas tendências da Creator Economy, com mentalidade moderna e disruptiva, essa oportunidade é perfeita para você


Neste papel crucial, você será responsável por impulsionar o crescimento da empresa e consolidar nossa presença no mercado de assinatura de conteúdo pago do Brasil. Como figura-chave na interação com os principais players do mercado, você será a voz e o rosto da nossa empresa, estabelecendo relações estratégicas com agências de grande porte de influenciadores e negociando diretamente com CEOs, diretores e executivos de alto escalão e criadores de conteúdos. Responsabilidades:


  • Desenvolver um plano de ação para identificar e analisar criadores de conteúdo, visando estabelecer acordos exclusivos e garantir a exclusividade na plataforma
  • Conduzir o processo de negociação com agências-chave, desde a prospecção inicial até o fechamento do negócio - essa é uma atribuição chave para esta posição.
  • Orientar uma equipe de vendas, fornecendo treinamento, orientação e feedback regular.
  • Identificar e prospectar novas oportunidades de negócios, tanto com clientes existentes quanto com novos prospects.
  • Colaborar com outras equipes, incluindo a equipe de Pré-vendas, Customer Success e Marketing, para garantir eficiência na operação.
  • Analisar dados de vendas e métricas de desempenho para avaliar o progresso em relação às metas e identificar áreas de melhoria.
  • Implementar processos e fluxos que aumentem a eficiência da operação.
  • Implementar metas compatíveis com a operação.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências do setor e as melhores práticas de vendas para garantir uma vantagem competitiva.
  • Evoluir e manter atualizado o playbook de processos do departamento de vendas, realizando atualizações sempre que necessário.
  • Ser o principal representante do Quack no Brasil, especialmente, perante agências e assessores.


Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas, preferencialmente em um ambiente de tecnologia e startups.
  • Histórico comprovado de atingimento e superação de metas de vendas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de influenciar e persuadir os outros.
  • Fortes habilidades de liderança e capacidade de motivar e inspirar uma equipe.
  • Capacidade de pensar estrategicamente e tomar decisões para impulsionar o crescimento da empresa.
  • Conhecimento prático de técnicas de negociação e fechamento de vendas.


Conhecimentos específicos requeridos:

  • Conhecimento avançado no uso de CRM (preferencialmente, Hubspot).
  • Conhecimento avancado em funil de vendas
  • Análise de dados e métricas.
  • Automação de Vendas


Diferencial:

  • Experiência em colaborar com influenciadores e agências do mercado
  • Experiência trabalhando com mercado de assinatura de conteúdo pago.


Experiência: Mínimo de 5 anos no setor comercial.


Tipo de trabalho: Tempo integral / Remoto. Necessário ter disponibilidade para viagens.


Salário: 10K to 16K dependendo da experiência.


Comissionamento: Mensal
