Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos buscando um(a) Enterprise Account Executive para se juntar à nossa equipe dinâmica e colaborativa. O(a) candidato(a) ideal será responsável por identificar oportunidades de vendas, desenvolver estratégias eficazes e cultivar relacionamentos sólidos com clientes empresariais de alto nível.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar e qualificar leads empresariais, identificando oportunidades de vendas.
  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de vendas personalizadas para atender às necessidades específicas dos clientes.
  • Cultivar relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes empresariais, atuando como um parceiro confiável e consultor.
  • Colaborar com equipes internas, incluindo marketing, suporte técnico e operações, para garantir a entrega eficaz de soluções aos clientes.
  • Manter um entendimento atualizado do mercado, concorrentes e tendências do setor para orientar as estratégias de vendas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas corporativas, preferencialmente no setor de Benefícios.
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de articular eficazmente propostas de valor complexas.
  • Capacidade comprovada de conduzir o ciclo completo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento.
  • Orientação para resultados, com um histórico comprovado de atingimento e superação de metas de vendas.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, com excelente capacidade de gerenciamento de tempo e prioridades.
  • Formação educacional preferencial em áreas relacionadas, como Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins.
