We are looking for Infrastructure Support Specialist who wants to learn and transform his career.


Mandatory Skills (3 to max 5):

Support and improve the IT network within manufacturing and pharmacies, using reliable technology within a highly regulated environment.

Provide support in case of problems that originate or link to the network.


Desirable Skills:

  • Provides troubleshooting and maintenance as needed for client systems, printers and communications links to ensure operational availability
  • Conduct day-to-day system administration of the hardware and software
  • Install client hardware and software per standardized documentation
  • Manage user account creation and termination
  • Builds, configures, and troubleshoots software and hardware enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure upgrades
  • Troubleshoot basic networks issues
  • Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction.
  • Works with functional leadership to develop the framework of established operating procedures to implement new or updated technologies to the operating system platforms of the business, within legal and company rules
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable
  • Responsible for validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining their validated state


Key Responsibilities:

  • BSc Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum five years IT experience supporting software and hardware of Windows clients
  • ITIL & Microsoft certified
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 7 / 10
  • Systems deployment, administration, performance tuning, and monitoring
  • Experience with incident, problem, change or configuration management
  • Experience with IT service management
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, VMware ESXi & vSphere is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience Process management
  • Experience in a GxP controlled environment
  • Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements
  • Portuguese and English written and verbal communication skills.
