B2B Latin America Sales Leader


Job Description

We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Manager to focus on AC and EB products. The role involves managing and developing our B2B business, collaborating with vertical BDMs and the market intelligence team, and executing strategic business plans. Key responsibilities include P&L management, effective communication with subsidiaries, and providing regional support to overcome challenges and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will also work on strategies to strengthen our market position.


Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the B2B business with a primary focus on AC and EB products.

• Work closely with vertical BDMs and the market intelligence team to identify opportunities and maximize results.

• Develop and execute business plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

• Ensure a solid understanding and management of P&L (Profit and Loss).

• Communicate effectively with all subsidiaries, influencing and assisting in closing gaps and overcoming challenges.

• Work on medium- and long-term strategies to strengthen the company's market position.

• Provide regional support, beyond mere reporting, helping subsidiaries overcome obstacles and implement efficient solutions.


Background & Experience

• Prior experience in managing B2B businesses.

• Desirable experience in the Latam market.

• Deep knowledge of P&L and skills to develop and execute effective business plans.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with different subsidiaries and stakeholders.

• Ability to influence and assist subsidiaries, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Strategic planning and ability to think medium and long term.

• Resilience and ability to handle frustrations.

• Proactivity and ability to learn quickly.

• Maturity and organizational sense to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
