For our client in, a premium motor vehicle manufacturing company from China, we are searching for an Sales Consultant in Brazil.


The Sales Consultant is responsible for implementing commercial strategies to ensure the achievement of the objectives established, and developing Dealers through the analysis of main indicators.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep constant integration between Dealer and Brand;
  • Monitor the main Sales KPIs (Throughput, Sales NPS, Leads Conversion, F&I Conversion, Used Cars sales etc..);
  • Develop actions in the search for continuous improvement in Dealer Performance;
  • Development of regional communication strategies;
  • Support for the preparation of events together with dealers to encourage vehicle sales;
  • Stay informed about the main product and price movements in the sector;
  • Act in an advisory role to ensure the delivery of studies to facilitate decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Marketing and/or compatible with the needs of the area;
  • Advanced Office Package;
  • Advanced English;
  • Permanent driver's license B;
  • Availability of frequent national trips (70/30)


Salary:

  • Base Pay + Commissions
