Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar Cadências de Prospeção ATIVA por telefone e whatsapp com Leads Inbound
  • Bater KPI acima de 100 tentativas de ligação por dia
  • Atendimento personalizado aos clientes;
  • Preencher CRM & Ferramentas de Controle
  • Participar de treinamentos & Roleplays diários
  • Participação em reuniões de equipe e de alinhamento estratégico;
  • Recuperação de leads que ficaram estagnados e não avançaram no nosso funil;
  • Garantir que tenha no mínimo 10 reuniões de MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) agendadas por semana;
  • Sinalizar gargalos no funil de vendas, qualidade ou volume dos leads na agenda ao time de marketing;
  • Preencher diariamente o CRM


Requisitos Profissionais:

  • Experiência com vendas;
  • Experiência como BDR/SDR (Mínimo: 1 ano);
  • Conseguir trabalhar com VOLUME & Organização;
  • Habilidade de comunicação;
  • Boa escrita;
  • Experiência com CRM

  • Ter trabalhado em operações de inside sales de ticket alto


Modalidade de trabalho: Remoto e CLT

Remuneração: Negociável
